US Synthetic, a ChampionX company has an immediate need for an Executive Assistant located in Orem, UT. The Executive Assistant requires an ability to assist in high-level and important day to day work of the President and Senior Leadership Team. It requires someone with the ability to stay calm and focused in stressful situations and to make decisions that may have a large impact on the organization. This position handles details of a confidential nature.

What’s in it For You:
What You Will Do:
o Manage and maintain President’s calendar
o Receive and make phone calls
o Aid with projects and Research/gather information as requested
o Receive and send emails in behalf of President
§ Manage inbox and outbox of President
o Frequently communicate and coordinate with Corporate officers and staff
o Arrange travel
o Prepare and send agendas to Executive Team
o Compile and/or prepare presentations for Executive team meetings, including monthly company meetings, sales and operations meetings, and strategy meetings
o Capture discussion topics and action items
o Take minutes and note assigned action items
o Follow up on action items with Executives
o Keep materials stocked and maintain organization
