Talent Transformation Strategy and Process Consultant


Key Role:


Provide recommendations to improve talent management practices through changes to organization policy, process, human capital and culture. Apply problem solving expertise to help analyze workforce development policies, procedures, and tools to support management transformation efforts and grow cybersecurity professionals for the Federal Government. Monitor information needs to identify opportunities to increase process efficiency, analyze procedures and policies, and meet changing requirements. Serve as a liaison to functional client staff in resolving concerns and identifying innovation opportunities. Assist with developing service offerings and intellectual capital for transformation efforts focused on cyber talent.


Basic Qualifications:



  • 4+ years of experience with organizational improvement

  • 2+ years of experience with conducting organizational assessments, conducting trend analysis, developing business cases, and or making recommendations for workforce policy and process improvement

  • 3+ years of experience with working collaboratively with other members of a team towards project goals

  • 1+ years of experience with supporting a large dispersed client organization

  • Experience with delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment

  • Knowledge of how organizational design, processes, and technology integrate within an organization to support the mission.

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • BA or BS degree or HS diploma or GED and 13 years of experience with organizational improvement


Additional Qualifications:



  • Possession of excellent consulting, problem solving, and critical thinking skills

  • Possession of excellent analytical skills and troubleshooting skills

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • MBA, MPA, MA, or MS degree a plus

  • Change Management certification preferred

  • Design Thinking certification preferred
