Responsibilities:

Position Summary




The Supply Chain Manager in this role will take a lead role on supporting the end-to-end supply chain planning with processes improvement and digitalization projects. Additionally, this role is responsible for the Supply Chain performance reporting & support financial planning processes.

Process Improvements



  • Analyse current Operational, Tactical planning processes within Supply Chain functions, identify process improvement opportunities, recommend and lead the implementations.

  • Participate in cross-functional Value Stream Initiatives to reduce costs and create value for the business.

  • Lead various cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs.




Digitalization



  • Analyse and identify digitalization initiatives within Supply Chain functions (focus on SAP, Google suites tools and optimization models).

  • Recommend a Supply Chain digitalization projects roadmap, with initiatives embracing the ability of digital technology to capture and assess data to make better business decisions and enable new business models. Coordinate projects definition and implementation.




Supply Chain performance metrics / reporting



  • Review the performance metrics within Supply Chain functions, design, develop, implement and maintain business intelligence reports.




Financial planning



  • Led the Supply Chain monthly and annual financial planning processes.

  • Design, develop and maintain business intelligence reports to support the financial planning processes (monthly, annual).

  • Logistics managers, collaborate on identifying and executing improvement projects.

Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s or Undergraduate Degree

  • Master’s or Graduate Degree- Supply Chain Management, Engineering preferred

  • 10-15 years Supply Chain related experience





Required Training/Certifications:
Project Management, Business Intelligence tool (like Qlikview, PowerBI or/and Tableau)


Required Computer and Software Skills: Advance user in Excel, Databases (SQL), Business Intelligence tool (like Qlikview, PowerBI or/and Tableau), Google apps, Linear programming Optimization tools, SAP (SD and MM modules).


Travel Requirements: up to 25%
