Spanish Teacher @ (split between) Tillamook High School and Tillamook Junior High School, 2022/2023 SY, 1.0 FTE
QUALIFICATIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Valid Oregon Teaching License through Teacher Standards & Practices Commission
- Endorsement in Spanish
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with staff, students, and parents
- Professional educator with that special ability to leverage strong connections and intentional instruction so all students achieve to their highest potential
- Ability to work collaboratively within a professional learning community
- Understand and follow Standards for Competent and Ethical Performance of Oregon Educators
- Provide proof of Covid-19 vaccine or a medical or religious exemption form
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Report to work – August 24, 2022 (new staff orientation)
- 1.0 FTE – 190-day contract (191-day contract for new teachers)
- 2022/23- $41,631 – $73,000 – depending on years of teaching experience and college credits as per the TEA Collective Bargaining Agreement

- $500/month cash stipend if you have other insurance and waive district insurance

- TSD9 covers the full 6% for PERS retirement
