Job Description



  • Drive in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders , ensuring technical feasibility and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects within budget

  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and delegate project tasks based on team members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels

  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

  • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests

  • Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it






Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience

  • 7+ years experience working in an engineering project manager role

  • Experience project managing products involving hardware, software, and firmware. Scrum master certification is a plus

  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)

  • Experience managing product requirements and creating project schedules

  • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills

  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability

  • Outstanding organizational skills

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
