Leverage existing relationships with business owners and C-Levels throughout the greater Pittsburgh area in effort to articulate CCI's story and products.

Present and sell Managed Services: UCaaS, Cloud Security, WIFI, O365, SDWAN, Data Center, Internet, advanced network solutions, and traditional telephone services.

Properly document sales activities in CCI's CRM (SalesForce)

Follow sales process and fulfill responsibilities defined in the process

Flexible schedule with respect to work from home and office duties

Achieve quota for new revenue and retained revenue

Utilize tools and intelligence to drive new opportunities and new logo

Work within an account base to drive new opportunities

Identify new logos that will benefit from CCI's suite of products


Knowledge /Skill/Ability (The requirements below are representative of the skill and/or ability required)

  • Proven experience to successfully engage business owners or C-Level executives

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • CRM Experience (Salesforce)

  • Strong Communication, Time Management, and organizational skills

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Sales persuasiveness

  • Self-motivated

  • Valid driver's license required and a satisfactory driving record

Education and Experience

  • 3-5 years telecommunications, managed service or direct sales experience preferred

  • Bachelors preferred or equivalent work experience

Travel as required by the business
