As a Trade & Customs Business Process Manager, you will have an exceptional opportunity to work closely with North America Supply Chain leadership, program leaders and functional business partners to meet Nike’s growth targets and drive continuous improvement.




WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR



We’re looking for a Trade and Customs expert to provide business subject matter expertise (SME) to support North America’s Logistics network and integrate Nike’s large-scale Strategic Enterprise Capabilities (SEC) program. The right candidate will use their excellent leadership and communication skills and ability to influence multiple stakeholders to identify and drive business process changes required to operationalize the capabilities and solutions delivered by SEC.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON



If this is you, you’ll be partnering closely with both Global stakeholders and North America partners to:







  • Provide leadership to the North America functional SME network and demonstrate expertise to facilitate insights in key Logistics capabilities such as:



    • Trade Classification


    • Import/Export Compliance


    • Customs Valuation


    • Special Trade Programs


    • Performance Management


    • Data, Reporting and Analytics






  • Leverage your business acumen to provide detailed business input and influence Global requirements and design processes to ensure North America’s needs are represented and strategic objectives can be met for Trade & Customs


  • Assess impact of new Global processes/capabilities on North America Trade & Customs


  • Collaborate across the matrix to determine process and operating model shifts required to operationalize the new capabilities within North America


  • Partner with Transition Management to ensure engagement, buy-in and alignment of business stakeholders and SMEs on the plan for operationalizing new capabilities


  • Lead the development and roll out of geography specific processes, including process documentation and training as needed


  • Support execution of realistic business transition plans to ensure the new capabilities are implemented while minimizing risk and business disruption


  • Highlight functional business risks, issues and opportunities to program leadership and business stakeholders




WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH



In this role, you will report to the Transportation Business Process Director and work closely with North America Supply Chain leadership, SEC program leaders and functional business partners in Trade & Customs, Transportation, Distribution, Marketplace Operations, Inventory Management and Finance.



WHAT YOU BRING


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline


  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, Program Management, Management Consulting, Strategy, or related field


  • Expertise in North America (US/Canada) Trade and Customs Management, Customs Brokers License preferred


  • Additional experience working with 3PL partners, Customs Brokers, and Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) is a plus


  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional, global project/program execution, developing and leading change in process, organizational and system implementation
