About the Role


We are looking for an adaptable and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team! As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be a jack of all trades. In addition to owning our interview scheduling, you may have the opportunity to assist with facilitating program development, analyzing recruiting efforts, and helping with other ad-hoc responsibilities in between!


We are looking for someone that has exemplary organization skills, a strong attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This person will support multiple recruiting channels, including our internal and university hiring efforts, and act as the main point of contact for all candidate needs.




What You'll Do




  • Manage and prioritize day to day recruiting workflow and interviews




  • Work directly with hiring managers, recruiting operations, recruiters and candidates by scheduling interviews and meetings




  • Update candidate records in our recruiting ATS system (Workday)




  • Follow up with candidates regarding their recruiting status, while ensuring they have the best candidate experience and identify opportunities to improve upon inefficiencies




  • Assist with the onboarding process for both internal and external candidates




  • Take on special projects and step in with ad-hoc responsibilities on an as needed basis



  • Represent Houzz with integrity & professionalism at all times


At a Minimum, We'd Like You to Have




  • 6mo-1yr experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or administrative role




  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment




  • Excellent time management and organizational skills




  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills




  • Strong attention to detail



  • Exemplary interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse staff and applicant pool


Ideally, You'll Also Have




  • Experience supporting and/or scheduling for a Products & Technology team or organization




  • Enthusiasm for active coaching/management



  • Strong creative influence- thinks outside the box
