This position will be based in our HQ located in Ashburn, VA.




Responsibilities:


  • Collaborates with hiring managers to create and review employment requisitions and develop staffing plans.

  • Maintains job boards and sources and prescreens candidates to recruit prospective employees and refers job applicants to specific job openings.

  • Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral.

  • Surfaces candidates and develops networks to ensure constant flow of qualified candidates using web-based tools, agencies and recruiting contractors.

  • Provides applicants with information on the company, checks references, and ensures successful hiring and on-boarding process.

  • Participates in interviews, assists managers with reference checks, and develops competitive job offers.

  • May participate with management to develop job specifications, make salary recommendations and negotiate starting salary with management and candidate.

  • Communicates with hiring manager on the status of requisitions, candidate quality and candidate pipeline.

  • Assists with written and verbal communications with candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.

  • Maintains contact with hard to find skilled candidates using various communication techniques to keep the candidates interested in the Company.

  • Creates and fosters relationships with colleagues and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit critical skilled candidates, alumni and diversity applicants.

  • Maintains records on applicant flow and outreach efforts.

  • Attend job fairs and college recruiting activities as necessary.






Job Requirements:



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 2 - 4years of experience, or a Master's with 0-2 years of experience

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience is required.

  • Requires knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).

  • Knowledge of Deltek Talent Management a plus.

  • Must be able to work in a team environment and independently.

  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality, display discretion and protect privacy of information.

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills are required.

  • The ability to interact with people at all levels is required.

  • A professional attitude regarding attention to detail and customer service.

  • Excellent organizational skills are required.

  • Ability to multi-task.

  • The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which requires US citizenship.
