The following duties and functions will be required of this role:

  • Demonstrates the knowledge and skill to register and pre-registered Obstetric patients and process patient information.
  • Uses computer proficiently.
  • Communicates effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers.
  • Maintains integrity of physical environment and equipment.
  • Pursues opportunities to enhance personal and professional growth.
  • Scrubs C-sections and demonstrates knowledge of surgical instrumentation.



  • Prior hospital experience and medical terminology (preferred)


  • Certification as a surgical scrub technologist (preferred)
  • American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Healthcare Provider upon hire or within 90 days of employment (required)


  • FT (evenings)
  • Weekend & Holidays (as needed)
