KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Technology Marketing Campaigns to join our Marketing organization.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the strategy and execution of an integrated, full-funnel marketing campaign and related sub-campaigns to position KPMG as the leading insights-driven transformation journey partner, leading with technology, data, industry insights and to promote our global capabilities and scale

  • Build end-to-end campaigns supporting the Advisory aspirations within the technology space, across disparate service networks, including Transformation Delivery, CIO Advisory and Tech Enablement

  • Assist with building KPMG brand in technology by expanding internal Digital IQ, grow and build capabilities in digital technology: cloud, advanced data & analytics, platforms & low code, enterprise applications

  • Collaborate with priority industry Marketing Leads and business leads (Advisory Line of Business Leads and other industry leaders across Advisory and Tax) to develop industry tailored messaging, positioning our capabilities and solutions

  • Develop sales enablement content and toolkits that our Key Account Managers and National Markets team can use to drive demand/leads at priority accounts; Manage the marketing budget, strategy and reporting

  • Partner with marketing leaders, various marketing enablement teams and other GTM support functions (Communications, AR, Sales) to develop an integrated plan (with tactics, deliverables and dates) and an accompanying budget; Ensure marketing plans are executed on time and on budget and results are reported to the business on a quarterly basis


Qualifications:


  • Minimum eight years of combined strategic marketing, digital marketing experience; preferably in a professional services environment; minimum two years leading marketing programs and directing resources

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field from and accredited college or university

  • Trusted, strategic marketing advisor able to translate marketing strategy from the business strategy and define marketing plans to accomplish the business objectives

  • Proven track record in designing marketing strategy plans that support growth among key buyers that improve awareness, engagement and sales is preferred

  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills
