As the Enterprise Applications (EA) Business Operations Manager, you can expect to work in a fast-paced environment, partnering with Global organizations to transform strategy implementation, communication to Executive Teams, Portfolio Budgeting, use of metrics to drive meaningful change. The Business Operations Manager Role is a senior staff level position with the EA Leadership team. This role is responsible for coordinating delivery of the strategy, business operations performance, and process improvements necessary to drive EA to its best performance.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • IT Leadership Coordination

  • Support EA Leadership with development of Executive content, and summit preparations

  • Coordinate and facilitate the EA Leadership staff meetings by setting the agenda, managing meeting minutes, and actions items

  • Liaison to IT Technology Business Management Office (TBMO), supporting CIO and IT Leadership business processes

  • Strategic Planning

  • Establish a Total Cost of Ownership for EA that comprehends predictive spending for vendor spending, subscription costs, and consulting

  • Strategic Portfolio coordination, including business case coordination with Solution Managers

  • Headcount Planning for EA and portfolio planning, including intern and New college Graduate planning

  • Budget Management

  • Develop and maintain the annual EA budget and monthly updates needed by EA teams

  • Build and manage the EA Budget forecasts in collaboration with the Portfolio and Solution teams

  • Collaborate with EA Leadership to establish operational metrics for spending, overages, and execution metrics necessary to drive the EA business

  • Collaborate with the PMO team to establish tools and training needed to manage project spend, be a change agent for optimizing tools and training.

  • Support EA leadership with data needed for budgetary reviews and updates

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong presentation skills, able to concisely present information to Executives

  • Project Management discipline, able to organize and manage a team to expected outcomes

  • Excited to learn and grow in a senior setting

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of a B.S./B.B.A. in Information Systems, Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, or industry-related curriculum or equivalent work experience.

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in portfolio management and/or portfolio budget practices.
