We are seeking a full-time, experienced HR Compliance Administrator to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administer onboarding; new hire process, including pre-employment requirements, compiling new hire packages, orientation, and conduct exit interviews

  • Participate and organize HR events, open enrollment for benefits, and training

  • Respond to employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and managers

  • Assist in managing various employee benefit plans

  • Verify benefit plans billing accuracy and process payments

  • Assist in the completion of benefits reporting requirements and distribute required employee notices

  • Keep up to date with current human resources practices, trends, and labor laws

  • Assist in updating and maintaining current company policies, practices, labor notices, and forms

  • Maintain employee files and records as required by law

  • Manage application process for all company insurance policies

  • Manage and monitor owner-controlled insurance program (OCIP)

  • Complete monthly builders risk insurance reports

  • monitor risk assessments and peer reviews

  • Assist in managing safety compliance program

  • Track company equipment

  • Travel to various project job sites (a few times annually)

  • Other duties as assigned


  • Minimum of 2+ years experience working in an office environment

  • Experience working in the construction industry is desired

  • College degree strongly preferred with an emphasis on human resources or business preferred

  • Experience with human resource management software

  • Experience with Health and Safety Applications

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment

  • Ability to meet all assigned deadlines

  • Advanced computer literacy, including solid experience in MS Word, MS Excel

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional business and relationship skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Salary and Benefits:

$40,000-$55,000 per year, DOE, with an excellent benefit package, including health insurance and 401K Plan.
