Summary of Position
Under general supervision of the Project Director, this position will be responsible for the coordination and participation in related HCBS training and/or service grants and projects. Tasks may include managing the goals, activities, and deliverables outlined in the work plan, curriculum development, coordination of and conduct classes and training sessions, data collection, report writing, and liaison to state and federal project partners.

Other minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human service related area.

  • Three years of experience related to developmental disabilities, NH service delivery systems, and NH Quality Improvement expectations.

  • Ability to design, conduct, and evaluate project goals and activities.

  • High degree or self-motivation, initiative, and ability to work with diverse constituencies.

  • Willingness to travel as required.

Additional Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience with InDesign or other layout and page design software for print and digital media
