Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is to work directly with NetApp’s CFO organization to drive execution that aligns with organizational and departmental priorities and strategic direction.

Under the leadership of the VP, FP&A – Office of the CFO, this role will:

  • Manage a small team of professionals who will help program manage and drive priorities for the CFO organization

  • Drive and manage cross functional projects within the finance team and across the broader organization

  • Assist in the management of the leadership team strategy, including owning the agenda for regular leadership and organizational meetings

  • Keep the organization focused on key priorities through effective business metrics reviews & maintain high standard for clear business metric reporting

  • Directly drive special projects as needed

  • Liaise across the Finance team and with the business on key initiatives and ensure the CFO is engaged and informed at the right time on key decision points

  • Establish and maintain connection with HR Business Partner to ensure alignment on people-related initiatives and partner appropriately to drive execution of these initiatives for the Finance organization

  • Define key growth areas and engage in special projects for professional growth

 Experience with recurring revenue and subscription business model at a SaaS company

 Strong leadership skills and proven ability to build high performance teams that can operate in a high tempo dynamic environment

 Excellent PowerPoint skills

 Strong project management skills and experience

 Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and proven experience in cultivating collaborative working relationships with teams across an organization

 Thought leader who challenges the status quo and develops workable solutions in an existing culture

 Proven ability to think strategically and plan effectively; be detailed and results oriented while managing multiple tasks against deadlines

 Unquestionable integrity and character, ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information


 10+ years with progressive experience in a Finance organization, including people management

 PMP certification preferred
