Benefit Coordinator


The Management Company for Conrad's Tire Xpress and Total Car Care is seeking a full-time Benefit


Coordinator. This hourly position works Monday-Friday (8-5), with an average of 40-45 hours per week. No evenings or holidays!


As the Benefit Coordinator, you will be responsible for:



  • Supporting employees & field personnel by providing benefit plan education and enrollment assistance.

  • Review and update as needed, HRIS, and third-party administrative portal, for employee status changes affecting eligibility such as new hires, rehires, and qualified life events.

  • Administer company leave of absence programs to remain in compliance with applicable Federal, State, Local, and Company requirements.

  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to support employees use of benefit programs.

  • Identify, develop, and deliver communications and training to employees and field personnel on current or developing benefit programs, trends, or requirements.

  • Assist with regulatory reporting and tracking of various programs, including ACA and COBRA.

  • Responsible for unemployment claims administration.

  • Assists in some office administration duties as assigned.

  • Projects such as open enrollment, benefits orientation, wellness, reporting as required, and other duties as assigned.


Desired Skills and Experience:



  • Degree preferred; not required.

  • One year of experience desired, preferably in HR - Focusing on benefits, systems and/or leaves of absence.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service.

  • Must be a fast learner and a motivated self-starter.

  • Demonstrated ability to keep information confidential.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail & work ethic are required to maintain accountability in this role.

  • Experience with PC based software solutions preferred.


This position reports directly to the Human Resource Manager. All these duties will be performed at the corporate office, while
