Job Summary



If you are looking for an opportunity to put your organizational skills to use, then this warehouse coordinator job opportunity is just the thing for you. As a warehouse coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring all product is received, processed, and shipped in a timely manner with 100% accuracy. You will be pulling and preparing orders for shipment, as well as creating each order's paperwork. You are also responsible for keeping the warehouse space neat and orderly. This may involve moving inventory, routine cleaning and maintenance duties, as determined by the needs of the day and assigned by your supervisor. Overall a quiet office environment, work M-F between 8am-5pm, with involvement in building new designs.



Job Responsibilities
  • Pull and prepare orders for packaging and shipment.

  • Perform required quality assurance steps that confirm the contents of each order.

  • Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material, either independently or as directed.

  • Ensure the warehouse area is cleaned, organized, and that all safety procedures are being followed at all times by yourself and your team mates.

  • Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, fork lifts, and basic tools.

  • Provide dependable coverage of the warehouse facilities to ensure order fulfillment operates as efficiently as possible.

  • Assist with engineering prototypes as appropriate and as needed.




Job Skills & Qualifications



Required
  • Dependable daily attendance and work output

  • Strong organizational work

  • Detail-oriented outlook toward tasks

  • High School Diploma

  • Understanding of basic measuring tools

  • Must have the ability to work 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. FT, or 9:00am to 3:30pm PT, Monday through Friday




Preferred
  • Some prior warehouse and logistics experience

  • Good numbers skills

  • Some exposure to any of these skills: woodworking, steel, fasteners, or welding

  • Experience with warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks

  • Knowledge of Bill of Lading, Packing Slips, ASNs, or computer-based inventory systems

  • Ability to work independently and follow written procedures
